SHOCKING: HOUSE REPUBLICANS FILES FEDERAL LAWSUIT AGAINST DEFICIENT NANCY PELOSI
The Republican Congress Member Marjorie Taylor and two other Republican legislators recently submitted a federal lawsuit against Nancy Pelosi, in which she was accused of brazenly violating the constitution of the United States of America after being treated like children and fined for not wearing face masks on the floor of the House sometime this year.
House Republicans filed the complaint in U.S Washington District Court on behalf of Marjorie Taylor Greene, Rep. Thomas Massie and Rep. Ralph Norman.
The lawsuit became filed after their appeal to revoke the $500 fine unconstitutionally imposed on them by the speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi for not sporting face coverings became rejected by the House Ethics Committee.
The House Republicans held a press conference to announce the Lawsuit, they categorized the Nancy Pelosi Mask scheme as segregation and discrimination towards individuals who each refused to be vaccinated and put on the face mask.
The lawsuit goes beyond the fact that they were fined. The lawsuit is also another way House Republicans are pitting their position against the tyrannical Nancy Pelosi. The lawsuit also serves to curb Nancy Pelosi’s excesses. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said earlier this year that wearing a mask is required until everyone is vaccinated.
The rules were actually relaxed in June 2021 when the Office of Physicians Assistants said masks were mandatory for those not fully vaccinated.
The Shortage in vaccines has become the major problem now, not forgetting the fact that the virus has mutated to the more deadly Delta variant. This was what fueled the charges that the Republicans haven’t sufficiently embraced safety measures.
Republican lawmakers in the House of Representatives argued that the provision should prevent Congress from raising, lowering, or capping compensation as a bludgeon against political opponents.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor also argued that refusing to wear a mask does not reach the level of disorderly conduct that the House can punish under the law that governs the chamber.
