Made this yummy ๐—™๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ฑ ๐˜„๐—ถ๐˜๐—ต ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ฒ ๐——๐—ถ๐—ท๐—ผ๐—ป ๐——๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด for meal prep before Thanksgiving and forgot to share! For the base I used mixed greens and added goat cheese, fresh apples, dried apples, red onion, pecans, cranberries, and roasted sweet potatoes (seasoned with cinnamon, paprika, and chili powder) For the salmon I mixed together olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper and brushed the salmon before baking. I also used this mixture as a dressing to pour over the entire salad! I hadnโ€™t made salmon since very early on in my pregnancy because I couldnโ€™t stomach it and I forgot how much I love it!
