Healthier doesnโ€™t have to be harder! Or in this case very pretty either ๐Ÿคช ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ž๐ซ ๐๐š๐ค๐ž๐ ๐†๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ž๐ง ๐…๐ซ๐ž๐ž ๐‚๐ก๐ข๐œ๐ค๐ž๐ง ๐“๐ž๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ- in one shallow bowl I whisked an egg and coated each chicken tender. In another shallow bowl I combined gluten free bread crumbs, almond flour, garlic, chili powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Coated eat chicken tender with the mixture and baked at 400 for 20 minutes. Removed from the oven and brushed with sugar free bbq sauce and hot Buffalo sauce. I broiled them for 5 more minutes- you could also air fry for 5 minutes at this step too for extra crispy! Served with homemade french fries but are also super good with any potatoes or any veggies! ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐ŸŒถ
