I started by cutting the chicken breasts along the longer side to create a pocket. Combined cream cheese with dill, garlic, and parsley and spread on to the chicken breast. Added spinach, sliced mozzarella, and roasted red peppers. Closed the chicken back up, seasoned with garlic and Italian seasoning, and baked at 375 for 30 minutes! Served with some butter and garlic rice.
