𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬- one of my favorite low carb lunches! For the chicken salad I used 1 lb of cooked chicken diced into smaller pieces. Added celery, tomatoes, green onion, and cucumber. For the sauce I used plain Greek yogurt, Dijon, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic, dill, and parsley. Mixed all together and scooped into hollowed out bell peppers!
